From sand to safety glass, Bart explores what makes the glass in your car so special. We superheat some sand to make homemade glass, and we break a bunch of car windows in the name of science! We smash safety glass with a hammer, and shatter a tempered car window with a tiny piece of ceramic spark plug. A teeny tiny piece of ceramic! It’s fun and informative- it’s Science Garage!
