The 2nd nominee for the 2013 AutoGuide.com Car of the Year is the Cadillac ATS. With a lot of hits, and a few misses, the number one reason it made our short list is because Cadillac made a huge claim that the ATS would be a better driver's car than the segment-leading BMW 3 Series. And they weren't bluffing.
