Euro X 2016 Official After Movie | Stance Nation

With SOWO coming to an end the European Experience was born last year. Gone were the calm soothing days of riding around faux German roads in Helen, Georgia and sleeping in the mountains and in came busy southern streets in a spread out city not made for the same event. Now thats not a bad thing by any means but this was a totally new event that did not fill the gap SOWO left. That being said we had a great time with friends in Savannah. Driving to and from the city from Tybee Island got a little annoying as the trip to where others were staying and the actual show ground were all about 45 mins apart. There was no true meeting place like there was in Helen. The show grounds could not be accessed or observed until the show days where as in Helen you could see all the cars setting up through the woods across the river. The vibes from SOWO to Euro X were not translated at all. Thats not to throw hate towards the event organizers who work very hard to put these events together for us but just a comparison as to what the show used to be. I couldn’t do what these show organizers do and I have the utmost respect for the ones that do it right, however this city just didn’t feel the same as Helen once did. All around we made the best of it finding awesome locations to shoot in with some amazing cars and made new friends. Going out in the city Saturday night was also a blast,gathered with locals, tourists, and other show goers. Now the day this film is being uploaded, this years Euro X is taking place for the 2nd time so we will have to wait and see how they changed things. I did not attend but I am looking forward to hearing how it went! Let’s see if we can get people to go back to Helen next year with or without a show. Just for the culture and for the friendships and memories.
