The 2019 Hyundai Veloster Turbo R-Spec is the automaker's second-generation of this quirky compact hatchback. A 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-four offers 201 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque An overboost function cranks that torque rating up to 202 pound-feet during maximum acceleration.
