In this video, Sue shows you some tips for diagnosing and locating intake vacuum leaks, and shows you one safe and fun way to pinpoint where the extra air is getting in! If there is a leak in your intake, the engine is sucking in extra air that hasn't been measured by the mass airflow sensor, which throws off air/fuel mixture! The engine computer will compensate by injecting even more fuel into the engine, which will consume fuel faster!
