We as enthusiasts aren't entirely sold on the idea of electric sports cars or electric race cars just yet. The sounds and visceral experience isn't there, and it doesn't seem like you can control an electric car the same way you can with a gasoline car. But Porsche has some ideas for how to improve this, and in order to show them off, they flew me to northern Finland to try their GT4 E-Performance functional racing concept, wearing studded tires, on the ice track!
