It’s time for an almighty McLaren showdown!

We’ve got our hands on the new McLaren 750S, and it’s about to face off against the glorious 720S!

It’ll come as no surprise that both cars are pretty similar under the skin, but let’s compare the stats anyway. Starting with the 720S, it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 720hp and 770Nm of torque. It’s equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox that sends power to the rear wheels, and it weighs in at just 1,419kg.

Then we come to the 750S. It’s also powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, and this time it produces (you guessed it…) 750hp and 800Nm. It also comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch that sends power to the rear wheels, and it’s a bit lighter than the 720, coming in at 1,389kg.

More power should make it a clear win for the 750, right? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!
