🍓 No-Bake Strawberry Chia Dessert

🛒 Ingredients
* 600 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
* 120 g sugar (6 tbsp)
* 0.3 tsp vanilla
* 60 g chia seeds
* 25 g instant gelatin + 70 ml cold water
* 350 g strawberries
* 2 bananas
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Mix the Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add the chia seeds and stir well.
3. Dissolve the gelatin according to package instructions and mix it into the yogurt mixture.
4. Slice the strawberries and bananas.
5. Fold the fruit into the mixture.
6. Pour into the mold and refrigerate until fully set.
7. Slice and enjoy this creamy summer treat!
