5-Minute Homemade Chocolate Truffles
These easy homemade chocolate truffles are rich, creamy, and made with just a few simple ingredients. No baking, no complicated steps, and they taste even better than store-bought candy!
Ingredients
For the truffles:
* 80 g chocolate cookies (about 3 oz)
* 100 g cream cheese (3.5 oz)
* 1 tbsp cocoa powder (15 g)
For the chocolate coating:
* 30–50 g chocolate, melted (1–2 oz)
* 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For decoration:
* 20 g chopped walnuts or any nuts you like
Instructions
1. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix with the cream cheese and cocoa powder until a smooth mixture forms.
3. Roll into small balls and place them on a tray or plate.
4. Melt the chocolate and stir in the vegetable oil until smooth.
5. Dip each truffle into the chocolate coating and place on parchment paper.
6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts while the chocolate is still soft.
7. Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until the coating is fully set.
