How to do a handstand fast - 17 Exercises for Step by step Workout
To learn how to do a handstand, follow the 17 workout exercises from this video and then you will learn how to balance on your hands faster. The first 1-2 warm-up sets are about 10 seconds. I do with my feet on the wall, then I move on to attempts, even when I am already standing steadily on my hands. Do alternate one-leg lifts for 10-15 reps on each leg. Try standing against the wall to tear off one, then the other leg, so that, if necessary, again lean on the wall.
