In 1997 Honda created the first Civic Type R, since then there have been multiple iterations of the legendary FWD hatch … none of which ever reached North America. It would take over 20 years for the United States to finally get a Civic Type R and we finally have the keys to one! Is the Civic Type R really worth all its Hype?
