Audi has invested more than one billion dollars in a new factory in Mexico to build the next Q5 SUV and, despite having only just been unveiled to the world at the Paris Motor Show, we travelled to the car’s back yard to test drive a pre-production version. Our journey took us from swanky beach resort to dusty prairie land to an iconic rock-and-roll landmark, and we got to know the car pretty well along the way.
