What is Formula Drift?

Drifting is a motorsport that’s instantly recognizable, yet many people don’t know how it works. The fine balance, steering inputs, throttle control, and absurd g-forces that go into what appears to be just a simple slide. Formula Drift is the culmination of these complexities. It’s a place where the black art of sliding can be presented on national television in front of thousands of adoring fans. There’s a lot of skill, technology, money, and sponsorships at work here, but we want to start by just explaining the basics.
