Sometimes car companies make some great decisions...and sometimes really dumb ones. The Pontiac Fiero was such a cool idea on paper- an affordable American mid engine sports car for the masses with the body lines of the first gen Toyota MR2. However when your car catches fire it's not a very good idea anymore in hindsight. It doesn't ride like a Lexus, and doesn't have the howl of a Ferrari.
