This 1963 Volvo P1800 is an incredibly detailed resto-mod build by Los Angeles craftsman Dean Williams, whose name you may remember because he built the VFR800-powered Honda N600, one of the best cars I've ever driven.
The engine is a turbocharged and direct injected Ecotec 2.0L four-cylnder tuned for around 300 HP to move the Volvo's 2,400 lb weight. It has a modern gearbox, independent rear suspension, and a locking differential. Though the car isn't quite completed on the inside, Mr. Williams wanted to let me have a go before we end the series.

Check out Dean's other build, the Honda N600 with 12,500 RPM VR800 Engine!
