With technology playing an increasingly important role in our daily lives, it’s understandable that car buyers want cars that are full of kit, and compatible with their smartphones.
The Ssangyong Tivoli is festooned with gadgets to keep buyers happy, all to serve the dual purposes of keeping you safe and making your drive more entertaining. To find out more, just watch this video.
When it comes to safety, the Tivoli features seven airbags, an electronic stability programme, brake assist, hill-start assist and active roll-over protection, along with Isofix points for child seats.
The Tivoli is also packed with tech to keep you entertained. It has USB and HDMI sockets so you can connect your smartphones and other devices, and several 12V power sockets so you can ensure they’re fully charged.
The central 7in touchscreen is standard on EX and ELX trim, and features crisp, high-resolution graphics. Connect your phone via Bluetooth, or the auxiliary or USB inputs, and you can use it to stream your favourite tunes to the six-speaker stereo. Both EX and ELX trim feature an automatically displayed reversing camera, and the ELX trim comes fitted with a TomTom European navigation system.
Drivers have access to even more technology. Every Tivoli model features steering wheel-mounted controls to operate the audio, take hands-free calls and activate the cruise control. The ELX model also features a smart instrument cluster that lets you change its colour depending on your mood.
