The Hyundai Santa Fe is a large, seven-seat SUV aimed at buyers with big families. A facelift in 2021 introduced a new look, an upmarket interior and an array of new technology. There’s a choice of hybrid and plug-in hybrid petrol engines but no diesel, and there’s the option of two or four-wheel drive. The Santa Fe is now aimed at ‘premium’ SUV buyers with a price tag to match, so can it really steal sales away from established rivals like the Land Rover Discovery Sport and Volvo XC90?
