Do you have a soft, squishy brake pedal? Maybe you even just replaced your brake pads and rotors thinking that would fix it, but it's still soft anyway? Most brake lines are steel, and they can rust over time, especially if they get dinged or dented by rocks and road debris. In this video, Len does a thorough inspection of brake lines, and notices and repairs some really bad rust. Because brake fluid is pressurized, any weakening of the lines can lead to a failure of the brakes. After discovering the excessive rust damage, Len replaces the brake lines, and then does a full bleed of the braking system. Finally, he tests the brakes and finds them working properly again!
