Los Angeles is home to many a celebrity chef, and this week on The InEVitable we’re proud to bring you an interview with two of L.A.’s finest, Michael Cimarusti and Sang Yoon. You might recognize both of these guys from Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, or countless other food-themed TV shows. Michael Cimarusti is the co-owner and James Beard Award-winning chef at Providence, a fine dining, seafood forward restaurant that many consider to be the best in Los Angeles. Sang Yoon is as infamous as he is famous in the L.A. food scene. His flagship chain of gastropubs—Father’s Office—introduced us Angelenos to the idea of a high-end hamburger.
