This video shows you how to install a new hub actuator in your 2009-2014 Ford F-150. If the 4 wheel drive system is not functioning properly, you might need to replace one of the hub actuators.

This repair was done on a 2009 Ford F-150 Lariat 5.4L Crew Cab Pickup 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
