The Porsche 992 GT3 RS is Porsche's most extreme roadgoing car ever. Able to run a sub-7 minute lap of the Nurburgring with only 518 horsepower, it's a monument to racing technology in a street legal package. But does it work as an actual street car? In order to find out, Matt and Zack drive it in the worst case scenario (for California): a freezing rain.
