The 2025 Toyota GR Corolla is one of my favorite hot hatches on the market. With its unique 3 cylinder turbocharged engine with a six speed manual - it was a perfect match. However Toyota then announced an automatic transmission version, something I didn't see coming. Why did Toyota make this decision? Let's talk about it.
