It’s a Germany vs Italy drag race!

We’ve got Mat in the all-new Porsche 911 Turbo S, and he’s lining up against Sam in the Ferrari 296 GTB!

The question is, can this all-new Turbo S follow in the footsteps of its predecessor and become the new king of the Carwow drag strip? Let’s take a look at the stats…

Starting with the Porsche, it’s powered by a 3.6-litre twin-turbo flat-six hybrid, and this puts down 711hp and 800Nm. This power is sent to all four wheels, and it weighs in at 1,740kg.

As for the 296, it’s powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo V6 coupled with an electric motor. The two combine to produce 830hp and 740Nm, with this power sent to the rear wheels only! It weighs in at 1,558kg, and as new, it costs £259,575.
