Dear Bakers,
For this cake you will need:
1. Pistaccio bisquit: a) 130 gr of egg yolks, 100 gr of sugar, 125 gr of pistaccio, 70 gr of egg whites, 120 gr of flour, 2 tsp of backing powder, 1 pinch of vanilla.
b) 270 gr egg whites, 100 gr of sugar.
a) egg whites, egg yolks and sugar wipp on high speed of mixser in the bowl as well. Than add pistaccio, flour, baking powder and pnch of vanilla. Gentli wisk it.
b) Wipp egg whites with sugar on high speed of mixser. And than add to first dough and wisk it gently.
Divide the dough into three pieces, put in a round pan of 18 cm in diameter and bake at 175 degrees for 20-25 minutes
For strawberry confit you will need:
300 gr of strawberry, 90 gr of sugar, 12 gr of corn starch, 8 gr of gelatin, 80 gr of water.
Put gelatin to a water and leave it to swell. Make pure from strawbery and sugar. Put the stew, and as soon as boils, add the cornstarch diluted in a few tablespoons of water. Let boil 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool slightly. add gelatin, mix well and put in the fridge to cool.
For cream cheese filling you will need: 40 grams of gelatin put in 240 g of cold water to swell. Whisk 400 g cream with 250 grams of powdered sugar and then add 800 grams of cream cheese and a pinch of vanilla. Mix it well. Then prepare high shape with a diameter of 20 cm and put layer by turns cream, sponge cake and strawberry confit. Don't forget to cut sponge cake to two part.
Then put your cake to the fridge for one night. (8-10 hours)
Ptepare chees cream frosting from 350 g Mascarpone, 200 g cream and 100 g of sugar powder. Wisk it well and add one pinch of vanilla. Add color which you need.
Take your cake from the fridge and put frosting on it. Cake must look like gift box. Then make paper plate how I show to you in my video and decorate with cream flowers. I maked peony.

Don't forget to make border from sugar paste for down part of your gift box and print on sugar paper some wishes.
