INGREDIENTS for 12 cupcakes
▪️ 135g unsalted butter
▪️ 2 eggs
▪️ 70ml milk
▪️ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1/3 tsp black food coloring
▪️ 120 g sugar
▪️ 190g all-purpose flour
▪️ 8g baking powder
▪️ 20 cocoa powder
🔥 BAKE 25 minutes at 330ºF / 165ºС

cream cheese frosting:
▪️ 375g cream cheese
▪️180g cream 32-35%
▪️ 75g icing sugar
▪️ 2 tsp. vanilla extract

raspberry coulis
▪️ 250 g raspberries
▪️ 35g sugar
▪️ 15ml lemon juice
▪️ 6g corn starch + 1 tbsp cold water
