Creamy Blueberry Cheesecake 🫐✨

This ultra creamy blueberry cheesecake is soft, rich, and incredibly easy to make! Perfect for dessert lovers who want a simple homemade cheesecake with a delicious blueberry swirl topping.

My baking pan size: 17 x 17 cm
Pan height: 6 cm

Ingredients:
550 g cottage cheese (any fat content)
4 eggs
200 g sweetened condensed milk
150 g blueberry jam or preserves
Directions:
Add cottage cheese, eggs, and sweetened condensed milk to a bowl.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the baking pan.
Add blueberry jam on top and swirl with a skewer or knife for a marble effect.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes using conventional bake mode (top & bottom heat, no convection) on the middle rack.

Let the cheesecake cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
