Tesla's Autopilot suite of autonomous features like Autosteer, Auto Lane Change and Autopark, can unquestionably do remarkable things. But, there have been several high-profile crashes attributed to Autopilot, some of them fatal. Putting unfinished, beta-level technology on the open market is not a smart idea, in fact, it’s an open invitation for bad behavior.
