2011 Naked Middleweights Motorcycle Shootout - Unapologetic un-faired funsters!

The list of unfaired motorcycles available in the United States is expanding. We decided to see which one was best by having Yamaha's FZ8, BMW's F800R, Aprilia's Shiver 750 and Triumph's Street Triple R duke it out in our 2011 Naked Middleweight Shootout.

With the recent introductions of Yamaha's FZ8 and BMW's F800R to U.S. shores, the unfaired -- or "naked" -- middleweight category expands to include at least five models. With machines from Germany, Japan, Italy and the U.K., it's a good ol' moto melting pot of naked bike fun!
