The Nissan Qashqai is Europe’s best-selling SUV. Now, several years after it launched, it’s had a mid-life refresh, with some new looks and features. We went to Austria to see if the changes keep up its ranking against myriad rivals, from the Volkswagen Tiguan to the Kia Sportage.
