REVIEW AND INFO:
So, I would like to address the chopping first. After the first 50 rounds (I will refer to this as the 'break in') I no longer had any issues with FTE or FTF... The next day, gun still uncleaned, I shot over 100 rounds of the same low brass target loads with only 1 failure to eject. I attribute the failures I did have to being a new gun and using low power rounds right away. I shot 30 slugs and 40 rounds of 2 3/4 buckshot with ZERO issues. Again, after the break in, I haven't had any issues.
Now, here's the rest! This gun will accept both 2 3/4" shells and 3", comes with 4 different chokes, and seems to have interchangeable parts with the MKA 1919. I've been looking for an AK or AR style shotgun for under $1000 for quite some time. Right before I was about to drop the money on a Saiga knock off, I came across this particular gun at a gun show for $400.00! NEW! So I had to take the risk... It was too good of a deal to pass up. To my surprise, this gun eventually functioned properly, and didn't blow up. So far, I would say I've easily put 400 rounds through it and have yet to clean it... On top of that, have not had any issues since the 'break in'. I have no idea why there is not a single video on this gun. To be honest, the gun feels extremely cheap. Its not heavy (because of its polymer lower) and the factory 5 round mag does not fit well... That being said, the 10 round magazine I've ordered fits VERY well and works even better. The recoil is definitely that of a shotgun. I had hopes that the piston system would knock down the recoil some, and if it did I cannot tell. After doing some more research, I found these seem to go for about $700.00 retail. Why I got such a cheap price, I don't know... But from what I can tell, it seems to be more reliable than its competitor; the MKA 1919. Really, the only difference I can tell between the two would be the way the upper and lowers mate. On the Armagon the upper and lower have breakdown pins like an AR-15/AR-10. The MKA 1919 appears to have some sort of clipping system. But the real question is... Would I buy it? Totally. Cheap to shoot and its fun as fuck!
