When I went looking for a machine shop I reached out to someone I felt would be an expert on this topic, Doug Kaufman who happens to work for Engine Builder magazine.

I figured he would be a good person to ask. Well, I was right. Kevin Frische at Kalvinator Engines was at the top of his list. Lucky for me, Kevin is just 3 hours north of me in Wapakoneta OH. Honestly, after seeing the work he's done, I'd have driven farther.

Cameraman Brian and I spent 2 days with Kevin and his son Justin in the machine shop to shoot this series of videos. If it were up to me, I'd quite working as ETCG and go to work for Kevin in his shop. I LOVED being there. It's like a playground inside of Santa's workshop. I will be going back to get more work done. Trust me on that.
