There are plenty of questions that remain unanswered and production is years off, but if Fisker can deliver on its $37,499 price tag -- or about $30,000 with tax incentives -- and projected performance, the Fisker Ocean electric SUV may be a compelling blip on the radar of frugal EV enthusiasts when it hits the road in 2022.
