The 2019 Volvo XC90 has a gorgeous design inside and out, strong twin-charged engine, packed with safety tech. Though generally pliant and well-judged, the ride becomes brittle and jarring over rough roads. The bottom line is that it's high on style and technology and an incredibly satisfying everyday crossover.
