Obsessed Garage took the legendary high revving V8 powered E92 and did EVERYTHING they could to create the PERFECT BMW. I have experience in these cars before, but nothing of this caliber and budget. Obsessed Garage lives up to their name, and there's no better way to explain this incredible BMW build. It also has American Racing exhaust which was a HUGE blessing for this review. It's the best sounding BMW M3 I've EVER driven - and that's just the beginning with this project.
