Cloud transformations have been focused on moving infrastructure, platforms and applications to cloud. As organizations discover the power of data as a strategic lever for growth, it is imperative that they leverage data transformation as another lever to cloud adoption.

While storage and application migration to cloud have involved moving transactional data to cloud, data transformation for visualization, reporting and analytics has largely been performed on-premise. A Data on Cloud journey would ensure transformed data for business decision-making is made available – using modern logical DW, Visualization and Analytics solutions on Cloud. In this session, we will provide a methodology on how best to leverage data on the cloud to realize its full potential. In addition, we will share some of challenges associated with moving data to the cloud and provide solutions on how to address them. Moreover, we will share many customer experiences that used Google Cloud Platform as the primary cloud and service provider to trust their data with.
