Ralali.com is the first and largest online B2B marketplace in Indonesia that connects local sellers and buyers, from Industrial and MRO categories to Office supplies, Automotive, Medical, Agriculture, and many other categories. They also help businesses by providing on demand workforce on BIG Agent, their on demand workforce platform. Since using AWS, the BIG Agent business has grown from 400 agents to over 100 thousand agents in a year, with only a small fraction of infrastructure cost. Besides that, they have been able to innovate and start new projects less than 3 days, and have also been able to scale quickly to provide highly available services for their end users.
