The democracy model for enabling citizen development allows anyone in the organization to develop no-code and low-code applications, with few formal development processes, but manages risk by restricting citizen developers to a specific range of application use cases and scope. In this lightning talk, Globe Telecom will discuss how they applied the democracy model for citizen development and long-term product-style thinking about user adoption to successfully tackle the long tail of small unaddressed app and automation needs in a large company.
