An OUTstanding training on LGBTQ + Allyship

In this Allyship training video, intended specifically for allies, the members of Nokia's OUTstanding leaders program propose various means and actions for allies willing to become active and support the community at work and in society at large. The training offers insights on the impact of better diversity, equity and inclusion, specifically for LGBTQ+ employees but not only, and how allies can make a tremendous difference, with simple and small actions and behaviors. This video was created in collaboration with partner companies Roschier, AT&T, Telefonica, Deutsche Telekom, HPE and Lumentum, as part of the cross-company OUTstanding leaders initiative driven by Nokia.
