The Volkswagen Up is a tiny city car with bags of character. It’s got bags of style inside too - bright colours, decals and strong equipment levels defy the bargain starting price. The Up isn’t available with satellite navigation, but VW provides an app - available to download from both the AppStore and Google’s Play Store - which works like an in-built infotainment system.
