The new Land Rover Discovery hopes to rival other large seven seater SUVs such as the Volvo XC90 and Audi Q7, but to do so it will need to be more practical than ever before. The Land Rover Discovery has a 258 litre boot capacity with all the seats up, which is ever so slightly less than its rival, the Volvo XC90. But fold down those back two seats and the official figure grows to 1,137 litres, and fold the middle three seats and it stands at a chasm-like 2,406 litres. But what do all these numbers actually mean? Are these figures accurate? Can you fit normal-sized humans into the very back seats, or are they better suited to children?
