The Porsche 944 is one of the most overlooked German sports car of all time. It being a front engine Porsche sports car, it was of a different time and era. The turbo engines however weren't without their problems. So the guys at Boost Brothers Garage came up with a solution - taking the Volkswagen 5 cylinder engine out of something like the VW Passat for $300, and throwing a turbo on it. The results are a shocking 400WHP in this extremely well built 944 - and a knock off exotic exhaust sound. So what's it like to drive? Let's talk about it.
