KTM has changed the way we look at small-displacement naked bikes with the 390 Duke. No longer is it just a learning tool for new or inexperienced riders, but now, no matter who you are, if you can’t find a way to have an ear-to-ear grin riding the baby Duke, you probably don’t have a pulse.

Cue the Kawasaki Z400, for Team Green's entrant to class, the naked version of the Ninja 400. How does the new Z400 compare to the 390 Duke? Let's find out.
