In this bonus little video, Matt demonstrates the coolest feature of the PDK gearbox as used in Porsche's 991 series GT cars. (and only the GT cars). With the stability control disabled, you can tug both paddles simultaneously to hold open the clutches for as long as you hold the paddles. The car then gives you open throttle and the ability to "dump the clutch" when you let go of the paddles. Clutch kicking is pretty much the last argument against the automatic transmission, and Porsche has rebutted it fantastically.
