I saw this idiot driving without his lights on recklessly through the streets and then saw him get on the freeway going 100MPH + in and out of the lanes., I turned my Go Pro Hero 2 camera on just so I could film how they was driving for documentation, after he turns his lights on to slow me down and then proceeds on his way.
