1A Auto shows you how to repair, install, fix, change or replace an outer window sweep that is falling down, coming apart, or the adhesive is failing. This video is applicable to 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, and 87 Chevy and GMC truck and SUV models. This is a pretty easy project if you know the steps beforehand. Plan on about an hour per door. This process is generally the same on all 73 to 87 Chevrolet and GMC C/K Series Pickup trucks, K5 Blazer and Jimmy, and Suburban. The specific parts may differ for the 73-81 vehicles but the process is generally the same.
