We spent this holiday season the best way we know how - by doing a road trip. This time, it was a journey up the California coast from San Francisco to Portland, Oregon. At the wheel of an Audi Q7, Renuka Kirpalani got to take in the sights and sounds - and cuisine - of both US states and even found a few pleasant surprises along the way.
