Spark plug broke off inside your Ford engine? This is a common problem with the 5.4 liter V8 engine Ford used in F-150 trucks, Expeditions, and other models. Because the 2 valve version of the Triton engine had issues with ejecting spark plugs, Ford made some changes for the 3 valve update. In this case, the spark plugs stayed in a little too well, causing them to break during removal!
