The Samsung Galaxy Tab, currently available as WiFi and GSM versions, is a super-thin 8mm thick tablet that weighs just a bit over 330grams. It has a 1.4GHz dual-core Exynos CPU with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of ROM. It also has microSD storage.

Build quality is quite good. The back has a pieced of real brushed metal. The screen is also quite impressive: it's Super AMOLED Plus and 1280x800 resolution, providing a pixel density of around 200ppi.
