The Samsung Focus on AT&T is one of the first Windows Phone 7 devices to come out. It has a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU with a large 4" Super AMOLED display (the same used on the Galaxy S devices). It has 256MB RAM, 8GB of storage (expandable to 40GB if you use a 32GB microSD card). The device feels good in-hand, and has great build quality.
