The iPhone 4 can record in true 720p 30fps, providing some of the best HD video recording we've ever seen on a smartphone. Take a look at this video which was shot in a low light situation. As you can see, the iPhone 4's rear camera does a great job making up for dim situations. If you're in a very dark room, you can use the LED flash.
